Tony Taylor

Curtis Anthony “Tony” Taylor, age 35 passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at his home in Idabel, OK. He was born on November 9, 1988 in Lewisville, TX, the son of Derrick and Candy Taylor.

Tony was a proud member of the Savage Pride Marching Band and graduated from Broken Bow High School in 2007. He was an avid Texas Ranger Fan and enjoyed listening to music.

Tony was a Black Jack Dealer at Choctaw Casino. He was a resident of the community since 2000, moving here from Gainesville, TX.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Candy Taylor, paternal step-grandmother, Mary Taylor and paternal grandmother, Marilyn Taylor; great-grandparents, Art Bartlett and Bertha Bartlett.

Tony is survived by his father, Derrick Taylor of Idabel, OK; paternal grandfather, Tom Taylor of Holly Creek, OK; maternal grandparents, Tommy and Helen Ramsey of Denton, TX; maternal grandmother, Artagail Morrison and Larry of Callisburg, TX; uncles, Darren Taylor and Lisa of Colony, TX, Damon Taylor and Marinda of Broken Bow, OK; aunts, Sherri Kennedy and Charlie of Whitesboro, TX, Julie Mitchell and Doug of Gainesville, TX; several cousins, other relatives and many friends.

A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, March 29, 2024 at the White Family Funeral Chapel.
