Alexander "Alex" Torres

Alexander “Alex” Torres, age 41, passed away on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 in Valliant, OK. Alex was born to Martin Torres Rodriguez and Sylvia Torres Alvarado on July 23, 1981 in Cayey, Puerto Rico.

Alex enjoyed fishing and working in his flower garden. He loved listening to music and was an accomplished carpenter and artist. He lived in McCurtain County moving from Puerto Rico fourteen years ago.

He was preceded in death by his father, Martin Torres Rodriguez.

Alex is survived by his girlfriend, Roseanna Torres of the home; father, Jesus Butran of Cayey, Puerto Rico; mother, Sylvia Torres Alvarado of Cayey, Puerto Rico; sons, Brodie Torres, Jovanny Torres; daughters, Caroline Torres, Christina Bendler, Zuleika Torres all of the home; brother, John Torres of Bridgeport, CT; sisters JessMaria Torres of Rochester, NY, Elisa Torres of Rochester, NY; special uncle and aunt, Ray and Shirley Armstrong of Valliant, OK; other relatives and friends.

A private memorial will be held at a later date.
