Amanda “Panda” Lou Duncan was called home Sunday, January 9, 2022, after a long and courageous fight with cancer.
Amanda was born on June 7, 1997, in Idabel, OK. From the moment she was born, her personality seemed to shine.
Everyone loved her instantaneously. It’s easy to love babies, but the older Amanda grew, the more endearing people found her. Her witty words, fiery spirit, compassion, and carefree attitude were just a few reasons she was so loved.
Amanda had a passion for art and often underestimated her talent. She absorbed herself in music; it fed her soul. Her one true passion and love was her son Cody Wayne.
Amanda is survived by her son Cody Wayne Duncan of Broken Bow, OK; fiance', Jordan Adney; Parents Lori and Kyle Whitten of Broken Bow, OK and Randall Duncan and Marcella Farley of Glover, OK; Maternal grandparents Bobby and Norma Carter of Idabel, OK; Paternal grandparents Jack and Nancy Duncan of Antlers, OK. Sisters and brothers-in-law Jacklyn and Josh Morgan of Antlers, OK, Kaylee and Kolt Donaldson of Stillwater, OK, Braiden Duncan, Lindsey Battiest both of Broken Bow, OK, Kayla Whitten of Idabel, OK.
