Cecil liked to be called CD but would answer to a multitude of nick names. He was fun loving and a jokester and prankster. He worked all over the south on construction jobs. If anything occurred on a job in a prankster way, everyone knew who it was. CD was a Veteran of the US Army. Retired from industrial construction and carpenter. CD was always up to helping his family business. He was put over building many Christmas parade floats, cutting firewood for patients, and smoking over 100 Thanksgiving Turkeys for patients. CD was always ready to lend a helping hand or volunteering the family.
CD loved his family, his animals and life. His wife children and grandchildren were his world. He loved picking on each and every one of them. CD loved spending time with his family which could be playing water gun wars in the yard to sitting around talking to the older kids. CD enjoyed hunting, fishing and trapping hogs.
Pallbearers are Brett White, Blake Coffman, Dylan Donaldson, Bryar Jenkins, James Fulton “Buckshot” and Kris Reed. Honorary pallbearers are Rex Donaldson, Josh Donaldson, Ryan McKinney, Wade White and Chance Dickey.
