Crystal Garrett Cook

Crystal Breann Garrett Cook, age 43, passed away on May 5, 2025 at Mena, AR. She was born October 13, 1981 in Idabel, Oklahoma, the daughter of Darrell and Debbie Garrett.

Crystal had a heart full of love for her children and family, always prioritizing their happiness and well-being. Her pets were also incredibly important to her, regarded as prized possessions that brought joy and companionship into her life.

As a dedicated sports mom, Crystal thrived on cheering for her kids at games, celebrating their victories and supporting them through challenges. Her warmth and devotion to her family will be fondly remembered by all who were fortunate enough to be part of her life.

Crystal was preceded in death by her mother, Debbie Garrett; father-in-law, Kenneth Cook; brother, Kyle Garrett; aunt and uncle, Jo and Larry Garrett; aunt, Linda Parish, and many other relatives.

Crystal is survived by her husband, Robert Cook of the home; father, Darrell Garrett of Hatfield, AR; sons, Grayson Cook of the home and Garrett Cook of the home; sister, Jennifer Sears and Jason of Bogata, TX; brother, Seth Garrett and Amanda of Mena, AR; mother-in-law, Karen Cook of Mena, AR; nieces, nephews, other relative and many friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, May 9, 2025 at White Family Funeral Chapel in Idabel, Oklahoma. 

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at White Family Funeral Chapel.  Interment will follow at Holly Creek Cemetery.
