Dannie Cameron

 Dannie Cameron, age 63 passed away on Sunday, May 16, 2021 at Oklahoma City, OK. He was born on April 13, 1958 in Hooks, TX, the son of Jessie and Emma Cameron.

Dannie owned and operated Cameron’s Garage in Haworth, OK. Many people in the Haworth area depended on Dannie to keep their cars running. He loved spending time with family and friends.

Dannie was a devout Christian and an ordained minister. He was always talking to people about the Lord. Dannie would especially pray for and encourage his customers at his garage. He was very compassionate and would help anyone he could.
He was preceded in death by his father; a brother, Robert Dale Cameron; a sister, Barbara Dunn; and a nephew, Bill Sturdy.

Dannie is survived by his mother, Emma Cameron of Haworth, OK; his daughters, Christiny Lynn of Enid, OK, Sherry Carson of Vinita, OK and Jennifer Cameron of Shawnee, OK; grandchildren, Anthony Lynn and Joseph Lynn; a special niece, Desiree Cameron; brothers, Randy Cameron of Tulsa, OK, Rodney Cameron of Haworth, OK and Michael Cameron of Idabel, OK; sisters, Janet Grace of Broken Bow, OK, Ginger McClure of Haworth, OK, Sharlot Cameron of Idabel, OK, Mary B Corbett of Spencer, OK, Paula Allen of Hugo, OK and Jackie Bess Cameron of Lawton, OK; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
           

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at the Haworth Cemetery with Bro. Virgil Owens officiating. 

A dinner will be held after the service at the Haworth Senior Citizens Center.
