Evelyn Yvonne (Stinson) Jackson

Evelyn Yvonne Stinson Jackson, 89, of Texarkana, TX, passed away on April 23, 2021. Mrs. Jackson was born on June 7, 1931, in Pleasant Hill, OK. She was retired from Red River Army Depot and attended Church on the Rock, Texarkana.

 She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Bill Jackson; sister, Lois Morris; and brother, J.T. Stinson.

 She is survived by sons, Billy Jackson and wife, Patty of Hooks, TX; Joe Jackson and wife, Kathy of Aubrey, TX; grandchildren, Amanda Jackson of Aubrey, TX; Kristina Jo Warren and husband, Cole of Krugerville, TX; Travis Jackson and wife, Whitney of Texarkana, AR; and Kelsey Jackson of Hooks, TX. She also leaves behind 7 great grandchildren and a number of other relatives and friends.

 Visitation will be held at Church on the Rock on Tuesday, April 27 at 11:00. Graveside services will be at 2:00 at the Philadelphia Cemetery in Goodwater, OK, with Pastor Travis Jackson officiating. Memorials may be made to Church on the Rock, located at 2301 University Ave, Texarkana, TX. 75003.
