F.E. "Frankie" Jamison

F. E. "Frankie" Jamison, age 95 of the Forest Grove Community, OK passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Idabel, OK. He was born on August 8, 1925 in Henrietta, OK, the son of Francis M Jamison and Emma Myrtle Sisk Jamison.

Frankie was cattle rancher and really liked taking care of his cattle. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Frankie loved spoiling and spending time with his grandchildren. He was baptized at the Forest Hill Baptist Church and was a lifetime resident of the area.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Mary Nell Jamison; son-in-law, Buck White; grandchildren, LaRay Tidmore and Dwain Tidmore; great-grandson, Coty Tidmore; brothers, Clifford Jamison, Buster Jamerson, Doyle Jamison and Cecil Jamison; and sisters, Roxie Martin, Wanda Friars and Sue Bosma.

Frankie is survived by his sons and daughter-in-law, John Paul Jamison of Garvin, OK and Joe Bill Jamison and Susan of the Forest Grove Community, OK; daughters and sons-in-law, Virginia Carol White of Idabel, OK, Pat Guest and Gerald of Valliant, OK and Linda Kay Hicks and Jim of Garvin, OK; grandchildren, Chris Jamison, Crystal Jamison, Ashley Helton, Gregory Scott Guest, Paige Nicole Gilmore and Michelle Lyn Hauff; sisters, Melda Matlock of Garvin, OK, Joyce Robberson of Garvin, OK; 17 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren;  several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at the Forest Hill Cemetery with Bro. Russell McDaniel officiating.
