Grady Joe Large

Grady Joe Large, age 88 passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at McCurtain Memorial Hospital in Idabel, OK. He was born on August 13, 1937, the son of William and Sarah Large.

Grady was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing. He was employed by Weyerhaeuser and retired after several years. Grady was a lifetime resident of Wright City. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Kathy Large and two brothers.

Grady leaves to cherish his memory his nephews, Ricky Large of Broken Bow, OK, Gary Large of Broken Bow, OK, Marvin Lawson; sister-in-law, Ella Mae Volland of Haileyville, OK; other relatives and friends.

Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at the Slater Memorial Cemetery in Wright City, OK.
