Hubert "Bud" Cheek

Hubert Eugene (Bud) Cheek, 97 of Broken Bow passed away on September 2, 2020 at Broken Bow, OK.

Bud was born on May 28, 1923 to William “Ben” Cheek and Emma Dean Flood Cheek in Telephone , TX.

Bud is survived by Laura Mae Taylor Cheek, his wife of 77 years, six children, Johnny and wife, Linda Cheek of Broken Bow, OK, Emma Jean and husband, David Higginbottom of Boswell, OK; Bob and wife, Gail Cheek of Broken Bow, OK; Carolyn and husband, Jerry Vickers of Boswell, OK; Mary and husband, Jimmy Nolan of Boswell, OK; Revice and husband, Dale Fisher of Idabel, OK; 9 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren; with many other family and friends.

Bud was preceded in death by his parents Ben and Emma Cheek; Sisters Margie Blagg, and Mary Sue McAda; sons Harvey Eugene and Benjamin William Cheek.

Viewing will be from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Friday, September 4, 2020 at White Family Funeral Home, 3 NE 3rd Street, Idabel, OK.

Family night and viewing will be from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, September 4, 2020 at the Apostolic Tabernacle, 2079 E 2050 Road, Hugo, OK.

Funeral Services will be at 2:00 pm on Saturday, September 5, 2020 at Apostolic Tabernacle, 2079 E. 2050 Road, Hugo, OK. with Pastor Johnny Cheek officiating. Burial will take place at Restland Cemetery, Boswell, OK.
