Jeanne Kay Conaway

Jeanne Kay Conaway, age 63 passed from this world on November 20, 2023 after a protracted illness. She was born in Hot Springs, Arkansas on May 28, 1960 to Charles and Peggy Jean (Holden) Conaway.

She enjoyed fishing and playing cards with family and friends. Jean loved her family and would help anyone if she was able. She was a surrogate Mom to a whole host of kids.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Peggy Conaway; sister, Charlotte Marie Thompkins; brother, Clifford Lee Conaway.

Jean is survived by her life partner, Candace Cook of Valliant, OK; brothers, William R. and Martha Conaway of Valliant, OK, Robert S. Conaway of New Jersey; nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at the White Family Funeral Home in Idabel, Oklahoma.
