Jerrel "Jerry" Pugh

Jerry Pugh, age 58 passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2021 at Idabel, OK. He was born on November 1, 1962 in Idabel, OK to William Jerrel and Caroline Jones Pugh.

Jerry loved his family, especially playing with his grandchildren. He was an avid outdoorsman and felt at home spending time in the mountains as well as camping and fishing. Jerry enjoyed telling the biggest stories, showing his card tricks and watching western movies.  He was of the Christian Faith and was a lifetime resident of the Idabel area.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jerrel Pugh; grandparents, Charley Jones, Louellon Jones, William Pugh and Cleo Pugh; two brothers, Larry Pugh and Cary Pugh; uncles, Charlie Jones, Jr; Jimmy Dale Pugh, Larry Don Pugh, Wayne Pugh; aunts, Sue Hill and Vicki Luman and grandson, Angelo Tushka.

Jerry is survived by his mother, Caroline Pugh of Idabel, OK; daughters, Crystal Pugh of Idabel, OK, Wendy and Ace Barnes of Idabel, OK, Jamie Pugh of Holly Creek, OK; step-sons; Kenny Tucker of Haworth, OK and Jason Ferrell of Oregon; step-daughters; Amanda Tucker of Broken Bow, OK, Christiana Ferrell of Broken Bow, OK and Kim Ferrell of Broken Bow, OK; grandchildren, Kamarah, Leah, Kendan, Kason, Katelynn, Gage, Haevan, Tatum, Destini, Hunilia and Kaven; step-grandchildren, Tristan, Roger, Shelby, Truck, Tessa, Alissa; aunts, Linda Kay Prim, Neta Pugh and Patti Pugh; two nieces, Shaina and husband, Michael Hampton and Kayla Pugh; three great nephews, Slade, Cayman, and Jonathan; two great nieces, Haylee and Paisley; other relatives and many friends.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, November 5, 2021 at Denison Cemetery with Bro. Kyle Jordan officiating.
