Jessie Ruth Williams

Jessie Ruth Williams, 84, of Muskogee and formally of Idabel passed away on August 1, 2025 She died peacefully at home in her bed with her children there. Jessie was born on December 15, 1940 at Horatio, Arkansas to Jesse and Virgie Raley.

Jessie was a legal secretary at the courthouse in Idabel for over 40 years. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and aunt. She was also known as the white-haired nanny. Her story is a happy story and her life was a full life well lived

She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth, her parents; sister, Wanda Raley; brothers, C S Sanders and Harlow Sanders.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Scott Williams and his wife Karla, and Denise Williams; grandchildren Joshua and Gina Williams, Jennifer and Jason Spangler, Jesse and Nicole Miller; 12 great-grandchildren; brother Bobby Don Raley; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
