Keylan Green Obituary

THE MEMORIAL SERVICE HAS BEEN CHANGED TO 1:00 pm at FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH, IDABEL, OK.

Keylan Bryce Green of Idabel was born on April 5, 1995. After a brief illness, he passed at the age of 29 on Saturday, January 11, 2025 in Paris, TX.

Keylan graduated from Idabel High School in 2013, where he played basketball and ran track. He then attended Northeastern State University.

Keylan was a charismatic, bright-light, individual with a contagious smile. Keylan always cheered on the underdogs and never met a stranger in his life because he was quick to make someone comfortable. Keylan was a great listener which made him a good gossiper. Keylan was a perfect big brother to Keyia and Kobey, even though they would describe him as an instigator. Keylan enjoyed gardening, hiking with his dogs, and game nights with his family. Keylan loved to dance, sing, and write in his journals. He loved to take long drives with his brother and compete with his sister on who could read the most books.

Preceded in death by maternal great-grandparents James and Lottie Burks. Paternal great-grandmother Doris Dixon. Paternal grandmother Patricia Richards. Maternal grand-fathers Gordon Walls and Morris Williston.

Keylan leaves to cherish his memory; his parents, Maura Green of the home and Billy Green of Wright City.
