Louise Stocks

Louise Stocks, age 87 passed away on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at Paris, TX. She was born on January 5, 1934 in America, OK, the daughter of Raleigh and Elezebel Gibson Land.

Louise worked for both Kelwood and Tysons for over 20 years. She was an accomplished seamstress and enjoyed gardening. Louise was a lifetime resident of McCurtain County.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sons, Andy Stocks, Herby Stocks and Jerry Stocks.

Louise is survived by her daughters-in-law, Karen Stocks of Idabel, OK, Tina Stocks of Durant, OK; grandchildren, Christopher Stocks of Idabel, OK, Elvin Stocks of Idabel, OK, Blake Stocks of Dallas, TX, Jennifer Jones of Wright City, OK, Alvin Davis of Durant, OK, Tara Albrect of Durant, OK; brother, Richard Land of Altus, OK; sister, Ruby Masters of Georgia; 10 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at the Haworth Cemetery in Haworth, OK.
