Michael Roy Harley, age 67 passed away on Friday, January 24, 2020 at his home in Idabel, OK. He was born on January 22, 1953 in Idabel, OK, the son of Roy and Effielene Williston Harley. Michael married his wife, Una in Idabel, OK on November 5, 1971.
Michael was a former firefighter with the Idabel Fire Dept. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and singing karaoke. He was affiliated with the Bokchito Methodist Church and was a lifetime resident of Idabel.
He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Harley; daughter, Cheryl Harley Williams; a son, Erik Harley; and sisters, Cynthia Harley, Charlene Harley and Sandra Dee Harris.
Michael is survived by his wife, Una Harley of the home; his mother Effielene Harley of Idabel, OK; sons, Michael Ray Harley and Alicia, and Bruce Harley and JoAnna all of Idabel, OK; grandchildren, Ranger Harley, Makayln Harley, Jaleigh Harley, Skyrik Harley, Bianca Diaz, Tyler Williams, Candace Williams, Thunder McKinney, Kendon Harley and Aspen Harley; great-grandchildren, Aubrey Sharp, Kohen Sharp, Hunter Sharp and Christian Williams; brothers, Johnny Harley of Idabel, OK, Jeff Harley of Idabel, OK and Billy and Phoebe Harley of Broken Bow, OK; and a sister, Karen and David Wesley of Idabel, OK; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
A wake service will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, January 27, 2020 at the White Family Chapel in Idabel, OK.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at the White Family Chapel In Idabel, OK with Rev. Alfred Harley Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at the Canfield Cemetery.
