Minnie "Ruth" Jones

Minnie “Ruth” Jones, age 85 of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, passed away Monday, December 15, 2025, in Idabel, Oklahoma.

Ruth was born June 9, 1940, in Celina, TN to Andrew and Maggie (Blythe) Key. She married Henry Jones January 28, 1958 and has resided in the Broken Bow community since 1958. She attended East Side Baptist Church.

Ruth was a proud homemaker, mother and grandmother to all of her children and grandchildren. She loved to camp and fish in her younger years, she also enjoyed quilting and cooking. She always made time for everyone and was a blessing to all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Ruth leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Rose Hibbs and husband Mikeal; son, Billy Jones; grandchildren, Matthew Jones, Crystal Linkswiler and husband Roy, Misty Green and husband Kevin, Stacy Abernathy and Jason Hibbs and wife Jessica; And a host of other family and friends.

Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at Hochatown Cemetery, Hochatown, Oklahoma with Bro. Jimmy Smalling officiating.
