Rose (Kengle) Freeman

Rosemary Parricia Freeman, age 64  passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at her home in Idabel, OK. She was born on January 28, 1958 in Washington DC, the daughter of Thomas Kengle and Margaret Dunst Kengle. Rose married Joe Freeman on September 17, 1976 in Austin, TX.

Rose was a homemaker. She worked in housekeeping at Good Shepherd Hospital in Longview, TX for several years and also was employed at Snowmax Manufacturing. Rose loved working on her coloring books and spending time with her family. Rose had lived in Idabel since 2014 coming from the Kilgore, TX area.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Cathy Bunton and Margaret Kengle; a brother, Thomas Kengle.

Rose is survived by her husband, Joe Freeman of Idabel, OK; daughter, Mary Parsons and Terry of Idabel, OK; brothers, Arthur Kengle, Robert Kengle and John Kengle all of Austin, TX; sisters, Theresa Kengle and Alice Kengle both of Austin, TX; 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

A memorial service is planned for a later date.
