Sarah Chamberlin Obituary

Sarah Anita Chamberlin, age 73 passed away on Monday, July 4, 2022 at Ft. Smith, AR. She was born on October 14, 1948 in Greenville, TX, the daughter of Jesse and Anna (Wallace) Warner.

She was of the Baptist faith and was baptized, as a young woman. She was THE sweetest person I have ever known. She worked as a caregiver and whatever she did in her life, she did it well.

She raised three wonderful children and was an amazing mother to them all. She developed early onset Alzheimer’s in her early 60’s and lived with her daughter, Tami until she needed to be in an Alzheimer’s Care Facility for about nine years. She cared for the people their patients and nurses until she became ill and passed away in Hospice on July 4, 2022.

She will be missed tremendously by all who had the opportunity to be loved by her and is resting in peace with many loved ones in Heaven.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Kimberly A. Davis; sister, Linda K. Webster; brother, Jesse B. Warner, Jr.; great-granddaughter, Kimber Davis and special niece, Amber Whittington.

Sarah is survived by her son, Shane Chamberlin of Tyler, TX; daughter, Tamra Cole and Jerry of Valliant, OK; brother, Steve Warner of Texas; sister, Debbie Martin of Texas; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; nieces; other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, July 8, 2022 at the Moran Cemetery in Valliant, OK officiated by Casey Bushears.
