Selena Acosta

Selena Alane Acosta, 20, of Idabel, OK passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 25, 2020. Selena was born September 29, 1999 in Oklahoma City, OK. Selena was a 2019 graduate of Idabel High School.

Selena enjoyed being a mother, an auntie, being there for her family, cooking in the kitchen with her momma, making the ones close to her proud and always being there for her siblings. Selena was the one who held the family together. She had a smile that could light up any room she walked into. 

Selena is survived by her son Zayden King Beard of Idabel, OK; mother, Charlotte McCluggage of Idabel, OK; father, Maurio Acosta of Mobile, AL; brother, Ezekiel Acosta and Burnadette of Idabel., OK; sister, Malaysia Whitaker of Idabel, OK; other siblings; a nephew, Lukas Acosta of Idabel, OK; her grandparents, many other family members and friends. 

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, October 1, 2020 at the White Family Chapel in Idabel, OK with Principal Chad Austin officiating.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at the funeral home.
