Tamara Diane Riley

Tamara Diana “Dearing” Riley, age 60, of Pleasant Hill Community gained her wings on, July 2, 2023 at Duncan, OK hospital. She was born the daughter of Jimmy Wayne Dearing Sr. and Deanna Nettie “Clark” Oldham on January 25, 1963.

Tamara knew her heavenly father. She lived a good life, always smiling, spending time with her husband (before his passing), her kids, grandkids, great grandkids, family and friends. She enjoyed the little things in life. She was one of the first women to join the Celeste Texas volunteer fire department  in the early 90s. She loved going to Rocket Raceway Park in Paris Texas to watch the dirt car racing.

On February 27, 2001, she married her loved Arthur “Buddy” Riley Jr. They lived in Celeste Texas but have been in Pleasant Hill Community for 21 years. Between the two they have 6 kids, 14 grandkids, and 12 great grandkids.

Her presence will be greatly missed by her mother Deanna Oldham; Step-mother Gwen Dearing; 3 daughters Michelle Taylor and Ray Schrand, Cassandra Davidson and Jerry Simon’s, and Kimberly Riley. 1 Son Kristopher Riley of the home; Grandkids Angel and William Cotton, Justise and Sam O’Nolan, Kurt and Kristy Taylor, Kaitlyn Smith, Joie Smith; Added grandkids Laythan Simon, Noah Schrand, Keene Schrand, and Alison Schrand; Great grandkids Arthur Cotton, Matthew O’Nolan, Braxtyn Taylor, Lukas Taylor, and Erma Taylor; Special ex-son-n-law Clinton Taylor and Amber Taylor; 2 sisters Debra and Steve Moore, Kelly and Gary Moore; 2 brothers Jimmy and Ranee Dearing, Kenneth and Julie Baker; Several aunts, uncles, neices, and nephews.

Tamara is preceded in death by her husband Arthur (Buddy) Riley Jr. Father Jimmy Dearing Sr; Infant son Kristopher Garcia, and in-laws Arthur Sr and Ruby Riley.

Services will be private.
